The Long Way

Me: I don't know, it's weird. Like, the only things we disagree about are cilantro and tapioca.
BFM: (Laugh)
DDC: She's got a long way to go, huh.
BFM: Tapioca... That can be a deal breaker, watch out.
Me: I've already taken the long way, I don't have to anymore.

To fall asleep every night and wake up every morning knowing that I am the luckiest, happiest girl in the world makes me appreciate all of the rough patches and wrong turns along the way and looking back, I wouldn't trade any of them.
